A native of Indiana, Kevin has resided in the area surrounding the Virginia Country Club, Historic California Heights, and Bixby Knolls neighborhoods for over 30 years.  He is a graduate of Indiana University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Economics from the University of Tulsa.

Kevin has been recognized as a Top Producer at RE/MAX College Park Realty since joining the brokerage in 2001. Kevin is a member of the 100 Club, the Platinum Producers Club, and the Chairman's Club. He has been ranked among the Top 5 Agents in Long Beach for RE/MAX College Park Realty for the past 25 years. Kevin has averaged over $20,000,000 in transactions for each of the past 15 years. A native of Southern California, Brian was born and raised in Oxnard, CA. After graduating Channel Islands High School in 1996, Brian relocated to Long Beach, CA to study business at California State University, Long Beach. Brian graduated from CSULB with a double major in 2001, earning a B.S. in Business Administration w/ emphasis in Management and a B.S. in Business Administration w/ emphasis in Management Information Systems.

After college, Brian worked several years as a Manager for a major consumer electronics company. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Brian worked in the financial services and insurance industries where he helped his clients with investments/retirement planning (mutual funds, IRAs, variable annuities, etc) and life, home auto, and other types of insurance.

Brian began his real estate career in 2006, when he earned his CA Real Estate License and worked for a prominent property management company in Orange County and later with a major national real estate franchise. Brian is currently a licensed CA Real Estate Broker and has been an agent/broker associate with RE/MAX College Park Realty since 2010. Brian is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Pacific West Association of Realtors. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designations.
